What will you do?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, as well as hands-on experience integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered agents into business processes and digital products.

In this role, you will be responsible for building robust end-to-end applications, architecting scalable systems, and implementing innovative AI-driven features that enhance user experiences and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, data specialists, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives.

What we like to see.

Education and experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks, especially Next.js, React, Vue, or similar
• Strong backend experience (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar)
• Experience designing and building REST APIs and microservices
• Proficiency in database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
• Strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile development environments

AI & AI Agent Experience Requirements

• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML APIs or services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, LLM APIs, diffusion models, etc.)
• Experience working with AI agents and AI-assisted development tools, such as:
  • Claude AI (Anthropic)
  • GitHub Copilot
  • Other LLM-based coding assistants or agent frameworks
• Experience building or integrating AI-powered workflows (automation, content generation, intelligent task execution)
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure such as model APIs, vector databases, or orchestration frameworks is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with serverless architecture
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with real-time systems or WebSockets
• Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks or multi-agent systems
• Experience with Flutter for mobile app development
• Experience with blockchain technologies (smart contracts, Web3, decentralized applications)
• Startup or fast-paced product development experience

Employment Details

• Employment status: Full Time (On-site)
• Location: Unit L2L 16-06 PSE Tower, 5th Ave. Cor. 28th St., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Manila, Philippines
• Contract period: Six-month probation before regular employment
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00AM to 5:00PM)
• Salary: Negotiable, with transportation allowance and housing assistance
