What will you do?

As a Junior to Mid-Level AI/ML Software Engineer, you will develop, train, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning models, including generative models such as GANs, Transformers, and Diffusion architectures. You will handle data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization to ensure high performance and reliability. This role involves deploying AI/ML models on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and collaborating closely with engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders on innovative projects. Staying up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research, frameworks, and tools will be essential to continually improve model performance and implementation strategies.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML development, data science projects, or software engineering with ML components.
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning or deep learning models.
• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams involving engineers and data scientists.
• Familiarity with cloud-based deployment and scaling of AI models (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Experience with generative models: GANs, Transformers, Diffusion models.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure for model deployment and scaling.
• Understanding of version control, containerization (Docker), and ML workflow tools.
• Exposure to ML experiment tracking and model monitoring (MLflow, Weights & Biases, or equivalent).

Employment Details

• Employment status: Full Time (On-site)
• Location: Unit L2L 16-06 PSE Tower, 5th Ave. Cor. 28th St., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Manila, Philippines
• Contract period: Six-month probation before regular employment
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00AM to 5:00PM)
• Salary: Negotiable, with transportation allowance and housing assistance
