We are seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Mid-Senior Level Photo Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in professional photo editing, retouching, image enhancement, color correction, compositing, and AI-assisted image generation. This role is perfect for someone who combines technical expertise with artistic vision to create compelling visual content that aligns with brand standards and business objectives.

As a Mid-Senior Photo Editor, you will be responsible for transforming raw images into polished, high-quality visual assets for digital, print, marketing, advertising, and social media platforms. You will work closely with designers, photographers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure all visual materials are visually engaging, consistent, and impactful.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Photo Editing and Retouching

• Perform professional photo editing, retouching, and enhancement for digital and print materials.
• Apply color correction, exposure adjustments, skin retouching, and lighting enhancements to improve image quality.
• Edit and manipulate images while maintaining natural and realistic results.
• Remove imperfections, unwanted objects, and visual inconsistencies.

2. Photo Manipulation and Composite Creation

• Create clean and visually appealing photo composites using multiple image assets.
• Adjust shadows, lighting, backgrounds, and perspectives for seamless integration.
• Improve overall image composition and visual balance.

3. AI Image Generation and Enhancement

• Utilize AI tools such as Stable Diffusion, Leonardo AI, Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms to generate creative visuals.
• Write and refine prompts to achieve accurate and high-quality outputs.
• Enhance AI-generated images by correcting artifacts, anatomy issues, lighting inconsistencies, and unrealistic details.

4. Quality Control

• Review final outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to project requirements.
• Optimize images for web, print, social media, and multimedia use.
• Maintain consistency across multiple projects and creative assets.

5. Collaboration and File Management

• Collaborate with designers, content creators, project managers, and requestors to complete projects efficiently.
• Organize and maintain editable layered files for revisions and archiving.
• Handle multiple tasks and revisions while meeting deadlines.

6. Basic Video Editing Support

• Assist in editing and enhancing short-form or promotional video content.
• Apply basic color correction, lighting adjustments, and visual enhancements.
• Support motion improvements, transitions, and simple visual effects when needed.
• Ensure visual consistency between photo and video outputs.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Photography, or related field is an advantage but not required.
• 2–3 years of experience in photo editing, digital imaging, or creative production.
• Portfolio showcasing photo retouching, color correction, photo manipulation, and creative editing work.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
• Knowledge of masking, compositing, color grading, and non-destructive editing workflows.
• Experience using AI image generation tools such as Stable Diffusion, Leonardo AI, Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar platforms.
• Video editing skills, including experience with video enhancement, transitions, color correction, and motion graphics, are an advantage.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
• Creative and adaptable with good problem-solving skills.
• Able to understand feedback and apply revisions efficiently.
• Good communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Capable of working independently and within a team environment.

Employment Details

• Employment status: Full Time (On-site)
• Location: Unit L2L 16-06 PSE Tower, 5th Ave. Cor. 28th St., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Manila, Philippines
• Contract period: Six-month probation before regular employment
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00AM to 5:00PM)
