Sales, Marketing and Social Media Manager
Sales, Marketing and Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and leads for a company. This role involves creating and curating content, managing social media presence across various platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends.
What will you do?
- Develop and implement social media strategies, defining goals, target audiences, and KPIs for each platform.
- Create and manage social media content calendar, ensuring consistent brand voice and alignment with campaigns.
- Develop engaging and relevant content, including compelling copy, graphics, and videos for various platforms.
- Manage social media accounts, post content, respond to comments/messages, and moderate discussions.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization through data analysis to maximize results.
- Collaborate with other teams.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs, present solutions, and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to relay feedback and support continuous improvement.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong oral and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter accounts.
- Excellent community engagement and adaptability.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Data-driven, decision-making, and problem-solving mindset.
Soft Skills:
- Eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong problem-solving skills (especially in fixing AI artifacts).
- Creative thinker who can adapt AI outputs to various styles or brand identities.
- Good communication skills and ability to interpret visual direction or feedback.
Employment Details
- Employment status: Full Time (On-site)
- Location: Unit L2L 16-06 PSE Tower, 5th Ave. Cor. 28th St., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Manila, Philippines
- Contract period: Six-month probation before regular employment
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00AM to 5:00PM)
- Salary: Negotiable, with transportation allowance and housing assistance
