Nadji’s journey into coding started in senior high school, where he discovered his passion for knowing how apps work. In college he discovers his likeness to coding which he still pursues today. He enjoyed the creative aspects of the field, finding satisfaction in seeing his code come to life on the screen. After graduating, Jake dove headfirst into learning the latest front-end technologies, mastering tools like React and Typescript.

Nadji’s commitment to continuous learning and improvement is evident in his work. He’s always up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regularly attending technical meetups and webinars. He also spends a significant amount of his free time working on personal projects, which he showcases on his portfolio website.

But what truly sets Nadji apart is his positive attitude and team spirit. He’s always willing to help his colleagues, and his ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, understandable way.

He started his career in a large consulting IT firm where he worked closely with the other developers, learning the ropes and honing his skills. Over the years, he’s worked in various roles, from a junior developer to a senior developer, and eventually pivoted into a Head manager of a team.

As a lead developer, Dan’s responsibilities are vast. He’s responsible for giving technical direction, mentoring the team, and ensuring that the team delivers high-quality software. He’s also the point of communication, distributing information to all stakeholders and keeping the team in line with all activities and task prioritization.

Dan’s technical abilities are second to none. He’s proficient in multiple programming languages and has a deep understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. He’s also adept at using various software development tools and methodologies, including Microsoft.NET technologies, Agile, Scrum, Visual Studio, GitHub, and more.
